A. Teams of 2 complete

3 rounds of:

1 min Double KB Swing-53/35

1 min Rope Climbs-15′

1 min Push Press-95/65

1 min Jumping Lunges

1 min Burpees

-one person working at a time. Ex. Partner 1 does one minute of swings, then partner 2 does one minute of swings, then partner 1 would do one minute of Rope Climp…etc..
