STRENGTH (we will add some additional work on Saturday’s for the next 5 weeks until the open is over)

A.  4 x 5 Front Squat @ 75%- rest 60-90 sec.

B.  Jerk- 70% 3 x 2, 75% 2 x 2, 80% 2 x 2

CONDITIONING

100 AD Cals

50 Pull-ups

100 KBS-53/35

50 Row Cals
