Darin loves to have his picture on the WOD and he loves Fran, this is for you Darin.


Back Squat- 4 x 5 @ 75% 1 RM

then do,

Back Squat- 1 x 20 @ 60% of 1 RM




20 sec. max Thrusters- 95m/65w

rest 10 sec.

20 sec. max Pull-ups

rest 10 sec.

*Repeat for a total of 8 cycles (8 min)

  1. Just wanted everyone to know in case I forget to tell you in class. I will be putting some of the WODs that everyone created in during each week. I would rather do it that way then to do them back to back for the week. So dont miss out!
