Brent Montgomery ended up going an additional 30 days from our last eating challenge. He had amazing results and he should be congratulated on his success.
Here are his statistics:
-started challenge at 225lbs and ended the challenge at 199lbs.
-started at 22% body fat and ended at 19%.
Chest- 44 to 41
Waist-41.5 to 38
Hips-42.5 to 38
Biceps- 15.5 to14.5
Thigh- 22.5 to 20.5

Total loses of:
26 pounds
3.4% body fat
13.75 total inches

This goes to show how a little discipline can go a long way!! 60 days straight!! Amazing work Brent!!

FUNCTION

A. 6 Rounds for max reps:

40 sec DB Snatch- 50/30

20 sec rest

40 sec Front Rack Walking Lunge-95/65

20 sec rest

40 sec Stable Bar Dips

20 sec rest

40 sec Cal Row

-rest 80 sec.

DRIVE

A. 7×1 Clean from blocks (just above knee) + Jerk- rest 90 sec.

B. Back Squat 1×20@ 90% of last weeks max- rest 2:00 (before C)

C. Front Squat max reps @100% of part B (after 2:00 rest)

D. For Time:

40 6″ Target Burpees

40 Thrusters-45/35

30 6″ Target Burpees

30 Thrusters-95/65

20 6″ Target Burpees

20 Thrusters-135/95

10 6″ Target Burpees

10 Thrusters- 155/115
