A.  5 x 3 Clean- technique work don’t go past 70% of 1RM (not touch and go): rest 60 sec.

B.  5 x 4 Clean Pull @ 85% (of clean); rest 60 sec.

C.  3 x 3 Front Squat @ 75% of 1RM; rest 90 sec.

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds for total reps:

1 min ME Front Squats- 135/95

1 min ME HSPU

1 min ME KBS-53/35

1 min ME T2B

*Rest 1 min
