45 sec Plank on Rings
15 HR Push-ups
A. 7 x 1 Tall Snatch-heavy but perfect; rest 60 sec
B1. 5 x 3 Push Press- heavier then last week- rest 60 sec.
B2. 5 x 5 Tempo Back Squat @75%- rest 60 sec. (3 count in bottom)
C. Master workout # 3
