4/18/14 WOD


Make sure if you see Chris P. working out over the next few days you stop and cheer her on as she completes the final 4 works to try and qualify for the games. Chris is currently ranked number 2 in the world for her age group…keep it up Chris!


A. AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

10 Burpees

155m Run

– rest 6 min, then do..

B. AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

25 Double Unders

45 sec Plank on Rings

15 HR Push-ups

5 Deadlift-225/155


A. 7 x 1 Tall Snatch-heavy but perfect; rest 60 sec

B1. 5 x 3 Push Press- heavier then last week- rest 60 sec.

B2. 5 x 5 Tempo Back Squat @75%- rest 60 sec. (3 count in bottom)

C. Master workout # 3

-Chris needs out help to give her a little push!
