Rotate through “Fight Gone Bad”

-1 min each station

Wall Ball-20/15 (10’/9)

SDHP- 75/55

Box Jumps- 20″

Push Press- 75/55

Row (Cals)

– rest 1 min

-any person can jump in at any point to complete a round.  Continue through the circuit until 1200 points (reps + cals) is completed.

-Score is number of rounds needed to reach 1200 points.
