B1.  5 x 3 Clean Pulls @95% (of clean); rest 60 sec.

B2.  5 x 3 Front Squats @ 80% of 1RM; rest 60 sec.

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds for total working time:

15 T2B

Run 400 m

*Rest 1:1

then, after completing final round and it’s rest do:
