First Olympic Lifting meet and Sheena qualifies for Nationals!
A1. 5 x 3 Front Squat- build to heaviest possible- rest 60-90 sec.
A2. Sled Pulls- 5 x 20yds (20yds forward, 20yds backward)- heaviest possible; rest 60-90 sec.
B1. In 10 min complete:
Run 1000m (6.5 laps)
15 Burpee Pull-ups
B2. Once the clock hits 10 minutes, perform the following for time:
20 Squat Clean + Thruster- LI-95/65, LII-115/85
*last day of testing
A. 15 min to establish a 1RM Snatch
B. 15 min to establish a 1RM Clean and Jerk
C. 15 min to establish a 3RM Front Squat
D. For Time:
