A1.  7 x 3 Banded Deadlifts @ 65% Bar Weight + Band Tension; rest 60 sec.

A2.  7 x 3 Bench Press- heavier then last week; rest 60 sec.

CONDITIONING

10 min AMRAP

10 Pull-ups

15 Hang Power Snatch- 75/55

20 Push-ups

then,

Rest 5 min

3 x Hill Runs- rest 1:2, 1:1
