FUNCTION / DRIVE

A.Teams of 2 complete the following for time

20 Cal Row

30 Burpees

30 DB Ground to Overhead-50/30

30 T2B

100 ft OH Walking Lunge-45/25

155m Sprint (1 lap)

then…back down

155m Sprint

100 ft OH Walking Lunge

15 T2B

15 Ground to Overhead

15 Burpees

15 Cal Row

-this workout will be performed congo line style, person 1 will go and as soon as person 1 finishes the movement, person 2 can start.  Both complete all the way to the first 155m sprint, when both are done, start again congo line style backward starting with the 155m Sprint.  Time stops when last athlete as finished 15 cal row.
