STRENGTH

A.  7 x 1 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Snatch @ 80% (of snatch); rest 60 sec.

B.  5 x 3 Pause Back Squat @ 75% of 1RM; rest 60 sec.

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds for time of:

Run 800 m

50 Wall Balls- 20/14 (10’/9′)
