Results from yesterday’s benchmark “Helen”. ( and Shea’s lovely art work)  We have a hundred plus people come through on a daily basis and we can still only get this many to post their score.  There are days when it is more important to post your score then others but on any named workout be sure to record your score!


A.  5 Rounds of:

In 3 minutes complete:

Row 200m

Run 155m (1 lap)

-AMRAP Wall Balls (20/15) in time remaining.

– rest 1 min between rounds


Yoga- will be cancelled for today.

Gymnastics– 10am and 5:15pm.

Olympic Lifting– 6:15pm
