From now on I would like to be know as “Super Arms”!  What is your fitness name??

FUNCTION

A.  4 Rounds for max reps of:

45 sec. T2B

rest 30 sec.

45 sec. Push-ups

rest 30 sec.

45 sec. Power Clean-115/75

rest 30 sec.

45 sec. Sprint

– rest 2 min

 

DRIVE

A.  5 x 3 Tall Snatch- work up to a heavy put perfect triple- rest 60 sec.

B1.  5 x 3 Push Press- build to heaviest- rest 60 sec.

B2.  5 x 3 Tempo Back Squat @75% (5 count in bottom)- rest 60 sec.

C.  3 Rounds for time of:

Run 400m (3,2,3 laps)

30 KB Snatch- 53/35 (15R/ 15L)
