5/10/13 WOD


 

Remember we will be having the make-up Gymnastics class today at 10am.  This Saturday for the the gymnastics class we will be going over the butterfly pull-up.

STRENGTH

A1.  3 x 10 Deadlifts @ 70% (touch & go); rest 90 sec.

A2.  3 x10 Bench Press @ 70%; rest 90 sec.

CONDITIONING
