A. 4 person team, for time, partition work as needed.

200 Wall Balls-20/14 (10’/9′)

80 Burpees

175 Deadlift-135/95

80 Pull-ups

150 KBS-53/35

80 Box Jumps-24/20

Row 100 Cals

-Rows- all team members must hold Wall Sit (below parallel) while 1 team member rows. If any team member comes out of wall sit while someone is rowing, rower must stop rowing.


-extra strength

A. Back Squat- 1×10@60%, 1×10@65%, 1×8@70%, 1×8@75%- rest as needed.

B. Front Squat- 1×5@60%, 1×5@65%, 2×5@70%- rest as needed.
