Gymnastics class today at 10:30am. Come learn your butterfly pull-up!

CONDITIONING

Teams of 2 complete for time:

100 Double Unders

75 HR Push-ups while partner is holding top of Ring Dip

50 Toes to Bar while partner hangs from bar

50 Front Squats while partner holds front rack- 155/85

then, both partners lunge 100′ with 45/25 plate overhead
