This is what it’s supposed to look like!

STRENGTH

A. 7 x 1 1 Clean Pull + 1 Clean @ 80% (of max clean); rest 60 sec.

B. 4 x 2 Front Squats @ 85%; rest 60-90 sec.

CONDITIONING

6 Rounds for total working time of:

20 KBS- 53/35

15 Burpees

*Rest 1:1 for total of 3 rounds, then 1:2 for final 3 rounds.
