FUNCTION / DRIVE
A. “Death by 10m”
-two cones 10m apart. First round run 10m, every minute on the minute add 10m. Add 1 trip every minute until you can no longer complete the set amount.
B. 50 Floor Wipers- LI-95/65, LII-135/95
-middle, side, middle, side = 1 rep, feet must touch plates each time.
Yoga- 6am in small room upstairs.
Gymnastics- 10am and 5:15pm.
