50 Double-Unders, 30 Push press- 115/85, 20 T2B

50 Double-Unders, 20 Push press, 15 T2B

50 Double-Unders, 10 Push press, 10 T2B

Rest 2:00 – then:  1 set AMRAP KBS-53/35 (games standard, vertical kb)
