FUNCTION

A.  EMOM for 10 min of:

3 Back Squat @60-65% of 1RM

B.  EMOM for 12 min of:

Odd- 5 Power Snatch- moderate weight

Even- 25 Lateral Bar Hops

C.  AMRAP in 10 min of:

10 Jumping Lunges

10 Sit-ups

10 DB Snatch-50/30 (alternate hands per rep)

 

DRIVE

A.  Back Squat- 1×8@65%, 1×8@70%, 1×5@75%, 1×5@80%- rest as needed.

B.  Front Squat- 1×5@60%, 1×5@65%, 2×5@70%- rest as needed.

C.  For Time:

50 Cal Row

50 Box Jump Overs-24/20

50 Deadlift- 180/120

50 Wall Ball-20/14 (10′)

50 HR Push-ups

50 Wall Ball

50 Deadlifts

50 Box Jumps Overs

50 Cal Row
