Strength A1. 7×3 Banded deadlifts@65%; rest 60 sec A2. 7×3 bench press- work up to a max set by the 4-5th set. Try increase slightly from the last few weeks.


3 rounds for time of: 30 wall ball-20/14 (10’/9′)

25 pull-ups

20 burpees

Then (no rest) 4×400 m Run- rest 1:1 b/t sets.
