A.  Snatch- 10 min warming up, then you have 3 attempts to find a 1RM Snatch

B.  Clean & Jerk- 10 min warming up, then you have 3 attempts to find a 1RM Clean & Jerk

– combine both Snatch and Clean & Jerk for your Olympic Lifting Total
