Gymnastics class prepping for bar muscle-ups.

STRENGTH/CONDITIONING

For Time:

10-8-6-4-2

Deadlift- 1 1/2 BW

Bench Press- BW

Cleans- 3/4 BW

then,

4 x 400 m- rest 1:1

*all runs should be 100% effort.
