Remember every Thursday at 10am we will be holding a Gymnastics class make up. This class is for those people that were not able to make it to the regular class on Saturday at 10:30am. I highly recommend that you make an effort to attend these classes, there are not many Crossfit’s out there that have the opportunity to learn gymnastic skills (handstand holds, handstand push-ups, bar muscle-ups, L-holds etc..) from a former Division 1 collegiate gymnast, Sheena Hammer.Sheena Muscle up

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds for max distance of:

2 min Row

2 min Rest

2 min Run

2 min Rest

2 min Airdyne

2 min Rest

or

Make-up Day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday)

 
OLYMPIC LIFTING- tonight at 6:15pm.
YOGA- tonight at 7:30pm.
