All shirt orders need to be put in by Friday at 1:00pm, a sign-up sheet is posted on glass case.
Only 7 days away until the Southwest Regional’s held at the South Town Expo Center in SLC.

Yoga- 6am in small room upstairs…go and get your stretch on!

Gymnastics- 10am only! 5:15pm class will be cancelled. I know some people use that time to come and do the regular workout. There will be no coaches at that time so gym will be closed.

Olympic Lifting- cancelled.

-there is a late crossfit lite class at 6:15pm if you must workout tonight!

FUNCTION / DRIVE

A. Complete the following for time:

100 Cals on Rower

-EMOM perform 10 T2B, perform resuming rowing. Scaling option if you can not do a full range of motion T2B, 10 GHD Sit-ups.

B. 400m Farmers Carry for time- 70/53 (each hand)

C. 3×10 BB Weighted Sit-ups- as heavy as possible.
