CONDITIONING

In Teams of 2 complete:

A.  Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 min of:

5 Hang Cleans- 115/75

5 Front Squat- 115/75

5 Dips (stable bar)

then (no rest)

B.  Complete as many reps as possible in 4 min of:

Max Double Unders

then (no rest)

C.  Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 min of:

10 KBS- 53/35

10 HR Push-ups

*Notes- person 1 will start out doing part A. and person 2 will start out doing part C.  At the end of 4 min P1 and P2 will do max double unders together (only one person working at a time, each time there is a hang up with the doubles the other partner must go) at the end of 4 min double unders team members will now switch and person 1 will now do part C and person 2 will now do part A.
