A. 5×3 Front Squat- build to heaviest possible- rest as needed.

B. 3×10 DB/KB Bentover Row- heaviest possible for all 3 sets- rest as needed.

C. 6 Rounds for Time

10 Goblet Squats-53/35

20 V-ups

400m Row/ 50 AD Cals

-alternate rounds between Row and AD. Ex. Round 1 Row, Round 2 AD etc…


A. Back Squat- 1×5@65%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@75%, 1×5@80%- rest as needed.

B. Front Squat- 1×5@60%, 1×5@65%, 1×5@65%, 1×5@65%- rest as needed.

C. 15 min AMRAP

155m OH Plate Carry-45/25

10 Pul-ups

30 Lateral Plate Jumps- (each jump counts as 1 rep- touch plate on top)

5 Wall Walks
