5/6/13 WOD


 

Since no one listen’s to me (Cathy B) here is another great video of the snatch.

STRENGTH

A.  2 x 1 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Snatch @ 80% (of max snatch), 3 x 1 @ 85%; rest 60 sec.

B.  2 x 3 Pause Back Squat @ 75%, 2 x 2 @ 80%; rest 90 sec.

CONDITIONING

10 min AMRAP of:

8 Curtis P’s (clean/Lunge R/Lunge L/ Push Press)- 95/65

50 Double Unders

MIDLINE

A1.  3 x 10 Standing GM- medium load; rest 60 sec.

A2.  3 x ME UB T2B; rest 60 sec.

  1. When I web search for good snatch I get totally different results…Lindsay must spend a lot of time online filtering results
