Unless you jump high enough, the box will always win.
Conditioning Teams of 2 complete:
A. 5 min complete as many meters as possible. (250m increments per athlete)
B. 5 min complete as many burpee pull-ups as possible. Each athlete must complete a total of 3 reps before switching.
C. 5 minutes to establish 1rm front squat. For each athlete.
D. 5 minutes to complete as many 155m laps together as possible
