CONDITIONING

One minute of KBS, one minute of rest for 10 minutes. You have one minute to get 30 KBS. If you do not get 30 KBS in one minute, count a penalty. 5 Burpees for each penalty, complete the burpees after the workout.

Level II- 70/53
