10 Rope Climbs-15′

100 Wall Ball-20/15 (10′)

100 Box Jump Overs-24/20

100 Hang Power Cleans (function- 115/75) (drive- 155/115)

100 Box Jump Overs-24/20

100 Wall Ball

3000m Row- partition as needed.

 

Drive

*before the conditioning

A.  15 min to establish a 1RM Snatch

B.  15 min to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk
