A.  Back Squat- 3,3,2,2,2- finish final set heavier then last week; rest as needed.

B.  EMOM for 12 minutes

odd- 6-8 T2B

even- Row 12 cals

C.  For Time:

DRIVE

A.  5 x 2 Split Jerk @80% of 2RM- rest as needed.

B1.  3×8 Strict Weighted Pull-ups- heaviest possible; rest 60 sec.

B2.  3×20 Reverse Hypers- heaviest possible; rest 60 sec.
