STRENGTH

A.  5 x 3 Power Clean- build to heaviest possible (not touch and go); rest as needed.

B.  1 x 5 Deadlift- one set as heavy as possible.

CONDITIONING

3 min AMRAP of:

5 C2B Pull-ups

5 Ring Dips

then, (no rest)

6 min AMRAP of:

30 Double Unders

12 Burpees

then, (no rest)

3 min AMRAP of:

5 C2B Pull-ups

5 Ring Dips

  1. Looks like you are following a little “starting strength” progression. I did that for about 8 weeks back in January and made awesome gains.

      1. If people really put more weight on the bar every time they come in it will. I had days were I thought there is no way I can go up 5lbs today the bar is going to squish me like a bug. But some way some how I would get my reps in. I did finally plateau but it was about 3 weeks after I thought I was going to.
