A. The Ghost

6 Rounds of:

1 min Rowing

1 min Burpees

1 min Double Unders

1 min rest

*try for as many reps as possible of each exercise, not just total score. Score is 3 separate scores of total Cals rowed, Burpee reps and double under reps.

YOGA- 6am only, the evening 6:15pm yoga will be cancelled.

Olympic Lifting- 6:15pm
