CF Gymnastics- at 5:15pm, be sure to bring something to cover the legs. We will be going over rope climbs!

OLYMPIC LIFTING- at 6:15pm.

YOGA- at 7:30pm. Be sure to get some kind of mobility work today, it’s just as important as training hard!
