B.  3 x 20+ DB Floor Press; heaviest possible, goal is 20 + reps each time; rest 90 sec.

The second Annual Crossfit The Club golf tournament is set for July 27th at Sun Hills Golf Coarse.  It will be a in a scramble format with tons of prizes and a BBQ after.  Sign-up sheets will be posted in the CF area.
