Team work Saturday.


A.  In teams of 2 complete the following for time:

100 Burpee Pull-ups

200 KBS-53/35

300 Double Unders

400m Buddy Carry (3 laps)

-only 1 partner working at a time, perform the burpee pull-ups in 3 rep increments only until all 100 reps are completed.  Buddy carry- on shoulders (piggy back, fireman’s carry) or like a baby..just figure it out, hopefully its with someone of equal size.
