A. 3 x 5 Back Squat- rest as needed b/t sets

B. 3 x 5 Bench Press- rest as needed b/t sets

* Last set of each lift needs to be 5lbs heavier then last week.


3 Rounds for time of:

15 Goblet Squats- 53/35

Run 400 m


A. 100 Sit-ups- AFAP

B. 1 x ME Plank hold
