A.  3 x 5 Front Squat- build to heaviest; rest as needed.

B.  3 x 5 Military Press- build to heaviest, rest as needed.

CONDITIONING

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 min of:

10 Burpees

155 m Sprint

*rest 3 min, then do..

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 min of:

15 KBS- 53/35

10 Push-ups

*rest 3 min, then do..

Complete as many cals as possible in 7 min of:

Airdyne Cals
