A.  EMOM for 6 min

10 Slam Ball-30/20

B.  EMOM for 10 min

Odd- 8 T2B

Even- 10 Burpees

C.  10 Rounds of:

60 sec max effort AD Cals

60 sec rest


Gymnastics Class- take advantage of the gymnastics classes we offer, we have one of the best gymnastics coaches and it’s a great workout.  Those 10am and 5:15pm class times are for gymnastics classes only, there will be no crossfit classes at that time.
