maple bacon sucker

No longer do we have to feed our children all those bad sugar suckers, now we have a Savory Maple Bacon Sucker..mmmm good!

CONDITIONING

For Time:

1 Hill Run

then,

5 Rounds of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

then,

1 Hill Run

then,

5 Rounds of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

then,
