Yoga- 6am, last day for morning Yoga, we will be switching the Yoga class for the summer to evenings at 6:30pm.

Gymnastics- 10am and 5:15pm

Olympic Lifting- 6:15pm

-Rest 10 minutes

B.  Time Trail #2

Full Figure 8 Hill Loop Time Trail

C.  Flexibility Program- take 10 minutes and work some mobility.
