7/12/13 WOD


 

Be sure to sign-up for CFTC Golf Tournament July 27th at Sun Hills Golf Coarse, there will be a BBQ after with lots of great prizes. You may even get to see some live action like the video above from last years tournament.

STRENGTH

A. 5 x 3 OHS- build to heaviest possible; rest as needed.

B. Bench Press- as many sets of 5 reps as possible in 3:00 minutes. Must re-rack after each set of 5 reps. 135/75

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds for time of:

30 KB Snatch + OH Lunge- 53/35 (15R/15L)
