A.  5 x 1 Hang Clean + Front Squat + Clean- build to heaviest; rest as needed.

B.  1 x 5 Deadlift- 5-10lbs heavier then last week, must return bar to the floor. (no dropping form the top)

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds of:

1 min ME HSPU

2 min AMRAP

12 T2B

12 Push Press-95/65

*Rest 1 min
