CONDITIONING

12 min AMRAP of:

Shuttle Run- 5,10,15,20

40yd OH Walking Lunge -45/25

CF Gymnastics– at 5:15pm today!

Olympic Lifting- at 6:15pm.

CF Yoga– at 7:30pm, if this is your rest day make an effort to do some kind of mobility work, if you can make it to our yoga class that would be perfect!
