CFTC Gymnastics Class with Sheena!

STRENGTH

A.  Back Squat- quickly build up to 90% of Monday’s 5 rep max.

B.  Every 2 min for 10 min (5 sets)

Back Squat x 5 reps @ 90% (of Monday’s 5 rep max)

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds of:

Burpees

Power Snatch- 75/55

Box Jumps- 24/20

Thrusters- 75/55

Pull-ups

*Rest 1 min

– 1 min each station, for max reps

  1. I’m calling everyone (except Sue and Monica) out for not going to Yoga. Trisha (sp?) is a terrific teacher and the class is very challenging as well as a wonderful respite for our overtaxed and under stretched muscles. This is a class we need to keep viable and to do so, we need to attend. Please plan your Thursday evening to include CrossFit Yoga!

  2. Amen Brook! Use your resources. Also anyone that is planning on golf tournament but has not signed up this weekend this is the last week to do so, teams will be made this weekend.
