The paleo version of a hostees snowball…mmmm good!

STRENGTH

A. 3 x 5 Back Squat- build to heaviest possible, 5lbs heavier then last week.

B. 3 x 5 Bench Press- build to heaviest possible, 5lbs heavier then last week.

CONDITIONING

5 rounds for max reps of:

20 sec. ME Push-ups

10 sec. Rest

20 sec. ME DB Push Press-50/30

10 sec. Rest

20 sec. ME C2B Pull-ups

10 sec. Rest

40 sec. Burpee Box Jumps-30/24

20 sec. Rest

MIDLINE

A1. 3 x 25 GHD Sit-ups; rest 30 sec.

A2. 3 x 15 Standing GM; rest 30 sec.

CF GYMNASTICS- at 10am, be sure to bring your long socks for rope climbs!
