Teams of 2 complete the following for time of:

2-4-6-8-10

Shuttle Run- (start, 10yd, start, 20yd, start, 30yd, start)

Pull-ups x 2

Barbell Complex-155/95

1 rep= 2 deadlift, 2 Hang Power Clean, 2 Push Press

*only one athlete working at a time, person one must complete the entire round before person two can start. Continue to alternate until each athlete has completed the all 10 reps.

DON’T FORGET CFTC GOLF TOURNAMENT CHECK IN IS BETWEEN 8:15-8:45am, AND STARTS AT 9am SHARP!
