A.  5 Rounds of:

Row 300m

-rest 60 sec.

rest 3 min, then…

B. 6 Rounds of:

Run 200m (1.5 laps)

5 Burpees

30 sec. Plank on Rings

-rest 60 sec.

Rest 3 min, then…

C. 5 Rounds of:

Row 300m

-rest 60 sec.

 

 

YOGA- 6am only, 6:15pm is cancelled.

Gymnastics- 10am, 5:15pm.
